Job Summary
Lead go-to-market planning and execution for product launches across markets, verticals, and payment methods; propose and implement new GTM formats and launch playbooks; align internal stakeholders (Product, Commercial, Marketing); translate complex payment solutions into compelling narratives and enablement content; monitor market landscape and bring market/customer insights into the roadmap; expect significant ownership and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading go-to-market strategies and product launches—ideally in B2B, fintech, or global tech environments
- Proven track record of driving revenue-contributing launches with minimal supervision, from strategy through execution
- Strong stakeholder management skills: able to align diverse and global teams, drive consensus, and keep launches on track without direct authority
- Creative thinking paired with structured execution
- Ability to craft clear, compelling narratives from complex product and market information
- Data-driven mindset: you measure what you launch and use results to improve the next cycle
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
