Job Summary
Develop clear value propositions and messaging frameworks for proprietary platforms and data offerings across Healthcare, Politics, and Public Affairs. Create one-sheets, case studies, and talking points to equip sales teams and preemptively address client objections. Collaborate with product, engineering, and data groups to translate complex ad-tech capabilities into accessible narratives while monitoring the competitive landscape. Cultivate strategic relationships with key ad-tech partners to execute high-impact co-marketing opportunities. Gather market feedback from sales to inform future product marketing projects and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. This role supports the Head of Marketing in building the company's content library to drive growth for Democratic and progressive candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of professional experience in product marketing, advertising technology, or programmatic advertising
- Strong commitment to mentorship and collaboration
- Strong experience in creating product-specific sales collateral, feature narratives, and GTM materials
- Proficiency in digital media platforms and advertising technology systems
- Some project management experience
- Proficiency in modern team collaboration and project management tools (e.g., Slack, Monday, Google Workspace)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work on a hybrid basis with many team members working entirely from home
- Work hours are consistently 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday, with the expectation that evening and weekend work will be required as necessary
- Location: Washington, DC (open to remote work in other states)
