Product Marketing & Sales Enablement Manager - US Remote

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end product launches in collaboration with Product Management, defining messaging frameworks that translate technical capabilities into buyer-facing value by persona and use case. Own the launch calendar, coordinate cross-functional deliverables, and hold stakeholders accountable to timelines. Build and maintain battlecards, competitive positioning materials, and objection-handling guides while leveraging Gong insights to extract real buyer language and deal patterns. Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for the sales team on product, positioning, and competitive questions. Track and report on launch readiness and enablement adoption metrics including asset usage and time-to-productivity. Report to the Head of Marketing with direct visibility into deal patterns and market signals.
Required Qualifications
- 5–6 years of product marketing experience in enterprise B2B SaaS
- fintech/financial services experience
- understanding of long sales cycles and complex buying committees
- ability to own product launches or enablement programs end-to-end with reasonable autonomy
- familiarity with HubSpot
- familiarity with Salesforce
- familiarity with Gong or similar conversation intelligence tools
- experience with Letter.ai or similar AI-assisted content/messaging tools
- ability to review call recordings, extract buyer language and objection patterns, and translate them into positioning and enablement assets
- strong writing and storytelling skills to turn technical product detail into clear buyer narratives and crisp sales assets
- comfort in a lean, high-growth environment where structure is still being built
- US Remote location
- based on the U.S. East Coast
