Job Summary
Product Marketing Manager to serve as the single connection point between product and marketing for ShareGate, defining and running the launch process, owning positioning and messaging, ensuring internal readiness, and coordinating cross-functional launches across Migrate and Protect. You’ll translate product insights into buyer-focused stories, standardize launch intake, and maintain messaging docs while working between product managers and marketing teams. You’ll manage external-facing content and briefs, support enablement teams, and guide AI-assisted workflows to scale messaging across channels. The role sits between product and marketing and requires collaboration with GTM, brand, content, sales enablement, and customer marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels and AI systems.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role within B2B SaaS
- Proven ownership of GTM or product launches, not just contributions
- A natural bridge builder trusted by both product managers and marketers
- Ability to extract a story from a product conversation and translate technical detail for buyers
- Strong process instincts without over-engineering
- AI-native ways of working, automating the repeatable and accelerating the complex
- Clear writing and ruthless editing
- Comfort calling out messaging that's wrong and backing it up
- Experience with IT professionals or in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem is considered a strong asset
