Job Summary
Manage and mentor a team of Product Marketing Associates while reviewing and directing designs for catalog layouts, web pages, flyers, and emails. Serve as the liaison between Merchandising and Creative during the new product selection process, maintaining open communication across departments on product development and web marketing. Conceptualize new product positioning relative to existing offerings and the customer's perspective by reviewing market research and internal reports to anticipate trends. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of marketing experience with a track record in sourcing and selecting new products.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years experience in marketing, product management or new product development with a great track record
- Experience sourcing or selecting new products
- Must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
