Job Summary
Product Marketing Manager for Twitch Trust & Safety and Community products, translating complex product capabilities into clear value propositions for creators, moderators, and viewers. Own go-to-market strategies for launches and feature releases, develop positioning and messaging, partner with Product Management to influence roadmaps, and collaborate with Brand/Communications/IM to drive awareness and adoption. Navigate sensitive topics with care, define and track KPIs for product adoption, retention, and sentiment, and bring user insights into product and marketing decisions while coordinating with Policy, Legal, Creator Programs, and Customer Support.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years product marketing experience, preferably in consumer technology, social platforms, or creator economy products
- Demonstrated experience marketing products in sensitive or complex spaces (AI, trust & safety, policy-adjacent, community health, or similar)
- Track record of developing product positioning that resonates with diverse consumer audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional go-to-market efforts from strategy through execution
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable marketing strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts for varied audiences
- Experience working closely with product management teams to influence roadmap and strategy
