Job Summary
Research market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and inform product positioning. Develop clear, compelling positioning and messaging frameworks that differentiate solutions and resonate with target audiences. Create high-value marketing assets including website copy, sales collateral, case studies, and thought leadership content. Gather and synthesize customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategy. Collaborate with Enablement to equip the sales team with effective tools, training, and battle cards. Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Partners to bridge the information gap between product development and go-to-market teams. Your insights directly inform the Chief Product Officer on strategic decisions. For candidates in Dallas, TX or Minneapolis, MN, the role follows a hybrid schedule with 3-4 on-site days per week; remote work is available for qualifying candidates outside these areas.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS or B2B platform
- Proven success launching technology products
- Demonstrable Messaging Experience (including creation, evolution, and enabling/enforcing)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Data-oriented approach to decision making with analytical mindset
- Demonstrable ability to leverage AI tools to amplify your outcomes
- Candidates based in the Dallas, TX or Minneapolis, MN area
- Hybrid schedule with 3-4 on-site days per week
- Remote eligibility for qualifying candidates residing outside of Dallas, TX or Minneapolis, MN
