Job Summary
Lead product roadmap with cross-functional partners (Commercial, Operations, Quality) to identify new products and services for Teknova’s portfolio; define target segments and buyer personas across biotech, pharma, diagnostics, and academic markets; develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including positioning, messaging, and launch plans; collaborate on content, digital marketing initiatives, lead generation, and events to drive product awareness and leads; manage marketing programs across paid, owned, and earned channels with emphasis on marketing automation workflows and lead scoring; analyze customer and campaign data to identify trends and opportunities and drive continuous improvement; support internal Commercial team training and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders; culture emphasizes creative problem solving, customer obsession, bold innovation, and delivering reliable results for customers.
