Job Summary
Execute go-to-market initiatives by developing positioning, messaging, and customer-facing content that supports product launches and adoption. Build sales enablement resources, including presentations and training materials, to help teams confidently communicate product value. Develop customer and market insights through research, win/loss analysis, and competitive conversations to influence future product decisions. Partner across Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure coordinated launches and aligned priorities. This hybrid role in downtown Toronto connects product innovation with customer needs while shaping how products are understood and evolved.
Required Qualifications
- Product marketing expertise
- Experience bringing products or features to market
- Understanding of how to translate technical capabilities into clear, compelling customer value
- Comfortable developing positioning, messaging, launch plans, and customer-facing content
- Experience understanding customers, asking thoughtful questions, and uncovering insights
- Ability to build trusted relationships across Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing
- Effective communication skills to present ideas and adapt messages to different audiences
- Ability to navigate competing priorities with professionalism and diplomacy
- Execution mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to move ideas from concept to launch
