Job Summary
Product Marketing Manager to develop and direct end-to-end product marketing initiatives, deeply understand the product’s market, customer needs, buyer personas, and KPIs to strategically position products for segments such as global carriers, MSPs, alliances, and partners. Partner with product management to champion the customer’s voice from strategic decision making to tactical activities; conduct market and customer research to refine target markets, segments and personas; define strategic positioning and master messaging; create and contribute to high-value multi-channel content (blogs, decks, demos, whitepapers, videos) and manage product launches including GTM plans and campaign recommendations; act as a GTM partner to Sales, Partner and Alliance teams with sales enablement assets; lead cross-departmental collaboration to align product design, language and messaging with a customer focus. Qualifications emphasize 3+ years in international SaaS marketing, 2+ years in product marketing, storytelling, strong English communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of marketing experience gained at an international SaaS company with a focus on SMB, SME and MSP business
- 2+ years of product marketing experience with a solid understanding of customer and market requirements, trends, and developments in the IT industry
- A natural story-teller with the proven ability to synthesise complex concepts
- Excellent writing and presentation skills, comfortable presenting regularly to internal and external audiences (Native proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus)
- Enthusiasm for embracing the unknown, from innovative products to developing new processes
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and influence effectively across departments, particularly Sales, Product and Marketing teams
- Hands-on mentality, enjoys working in a team environment with cross functional stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, well organized and efficient at managing multiple projects simulatenously
