Job Summary
Product Marketing Manager at Stepful who will own messaging, positioning, and go-to-market for our growing portfolio of B2B products. Lead product launches, sales enablement materials, and competitive intelligence, partnering with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure alignment before releases. Develop thought leadership and collateral, including case studies, to demonstrate impact and support demand generation. The role requires a demonstrated ability to craft a clear buyer perspective for clinical and workforce buyers (CNOs, CHROs, workforce leaders, and CEOs) and to translate it into messaging across channels. Reports to the VP of B2B Marketing and demands 7+ years in B2B product marketing, a strong point of view, and a proven track record of end-to-end execution.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in B2B product marketing
- strong point of view on product marketing strategy and execution
- proven track record of owning messaging, positioning, and launch execution end-to-end
- comfort working across product, sales, and marketing functions
- strong analytical instincts and data-driven decision making
- excellent written and verbal communication
- scrappy, ownership-oriented mindset
