Job Summary
Own go-to-market planning and execution for new Stayntouch products, features, integrations, and major enhancements by partnering with Product to define launch levels, audiences, channels, and success metrics. Develop clear positioning and messaging that translates technical capabilities into customer benefits, ensuring consistency across sales materials, campaigns, and partner content. Create sales enablement resources like pitch decks and battlecards while training teams on competitive differentiation and use cases. Conduct customer interviews, win-loss analysis, and market research to inform roadmap decisions and identify expansion opportunities. Measure launch performance against awareness, adoption, and revenue goals, establishing a repeatable process to improve cross-functional coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Five or more years of experience in product marketing
- Experience leading go-to-market programs for new products, features, or software releases
- A strong understanding of product positioning, messaging, customer research, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement
- The ability to understand technical product information and translate it into clear customer value
- Strong writing, storytelling, presentation, and communication skills
- Experience collaborating with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and executive stakeholders
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple launches and priorities at the same time
- A customer-first mindset and curiosity about how people evaluate, purchase, adopt, and use technology
- Comfort using data and feedback to measure results and improve future launches
- Experience conducting customer interviews and turning qualitative insights into actionable messaging
