Job Summary
Own end-to-end product-to-market storytelling for ShareGate's Migrate and Protect products; define and run a repeatable launch process across product managers, marketing, sales enablement, support, and customer marketing; own positioning, messaging, and competitive documentation; provide quality control on high-value content and ensure internal readiness (FAQs for support and knowledge for sales); standardize launch-request submissions and coordinate release visibility; work between product and marketing to create a shared language and AI-native workflows, focusing on impactful, buyer-facing messaging and documentation; collaborate with product managers, GTM, brand, content, and customer marketing to scale launches and maintain messaging consistency; strong writing/editing and ability to translate technical detail for buyers; experience with IT professionals or the Microsoft 365 ecosystem is considered a strong asset.

- 4+ years of experience in a similar role within B2B SaaS
