Job Summary
The Product Marketing Manager SB (Kitchen, Bath, Furniture - Retail) is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of SMB products, focusing on product positioning, launches, onboarding, and adoption initiatives to drive growth and customer value. Key responsibilities include leading product launches, optimizing digital and eCommerce buyer journeys, applying growth marketing principles, and building clear product positioning with compelling value propositions. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in product marketing, a strong foundation in growth and adoption strategies, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced tech environment.
Required Qualifications
- +5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or a closely related role within a technology environment
- Proven experience managing products across the full lifecycle—from launch through onboarding and adoption
- Experience supporting or enabling digital, self-serve, or eCommerce driven buyer journeys
- Strong understanding of small business customers and their buying and usage behaviours
