Job Summary

Radformation is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategies and campaigns for their oncology products. The ideal candidate has over 5 years in B2B product marketing, preferably within the healthcare space, and possesses strong communication and project management skills.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in B2B product marketing, preferably in radiation oncology, diagnostic imaging, or medical technology.
  • Proven ability to create go-to-market strategies and campaign materials that drive adoption and growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Experience using marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and project management skills.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with healthcare, SaaS, medical device and/or clinical marketing.
  • Prior clinical Radiation Oncology experience or experience marketing treatment planning software, secondary calculation, and dose verification software.
  • Prior experience supporting product launches in a regulated environment (FDA, CE Mark, TGA).
  • Familiarity with buyer journey development and content mapping.
