Product Marketing Manager (Property &Casualty)

Job Summary
Lead market analysis, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies for Sapiens Property & Casualty product offerings; create compelling marketing collateral and messaging; plan and execute integrated campaigns to generate demand and support sales; collaborate cross-functionally with product management, insurance practice, sales, and other teams; enable the sales team to achieve targets; leverage AI to drive insights and faster execution; travel occasionally as needed. 5+ years of Property & Casualty domain experience and a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field required; experience in marketing within the Property & Casualty/General Insurance SaaS space and in market analysis, product-market fit, roadmapping, and marketing activities; strong communication and influencing skills; proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel; Design Thinking and Pragmatic Marketing experience desired.
Required Qualifications
- Strong Property & Casualty/General Insurance domain experience - at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in product marketing / business consultancy / product & market development in the Property & Casualty/General Insurance SaaS space
- Hands-on experience with using AI in day-to-day work to drive smarter insights and execution
- Experience in market analysis, product-market fit, roadmap development and marketing activities
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Adept at developing working relationships with peers, managers, senior management, customers and vendors
- Self-driven, fast-paced, adaptable to changes and ambiguous environments
- Ability to multi-task with strong time management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with PowerPoint and Excel
- Design Thinking and/or Pragmatic Marketing experience desired
- Ability to travel occasionally as needed
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or similar field, or equivalent qualifications
