Product Marketing Manager

Job Summary
Develop, implement, and continuously improve corporate showroom programs and standards across multiple locations; plan, coordinate, and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, email, events, and point-of-sale materials); partner with leadership to align product strategies with revenue, margin, and brand objectives; serve as a liaison between departments to ensure successful marketing initiatives; manage vendor-facing programs (rebates, incentives, display strategy, product lifecycle planning); collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to anticipate future product trends and dealer needs; influence product mix, merchandising standards, and showroom investments; support outside sales with strategic execution; design and own the framework for ordering, placement, and execution; collaborate with marketing peers on showroom storytelling, digital presence, events, and promotions; travel up to 10% to customer and industry events; strong skills in strategic thinking, product marketing, storytelling, creativity, problem solving, cross-functional collaboration, project management, initiative, adaptability, communication, presentation, professionalism, and digital marketing technologies (Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, advertising, communications, public relations or a related field
- At least 4 years of marketing experience (agency or in-house)
- Proven experience with GTM strategy, positioning, and product launches
