Job Summary

Support key strategic company initiatives in product marketing with a focus on console video games. Collaborate with stakeholders within TPCi and Japan to achieve business goals by proactively identifying problems and providing solutions. Coordinate and manage video game marketing projects between the Tokyo office and internal cross-functional teams, ensuring tasks are executed on time. Review marketing assets for accuracy and research, analyze, and report on key business metrics and industry trends. This role requires bilingual Japanese/English skills and 5-7 years of experience in multinational corporations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bilingual Japanese/English skills (spoken and written)
  • Five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant professional experience or a demonstrated equivalent level of expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or a demonstrated equivalent level of applicable experience
  • Demonstrated business related experience in multinational corporations including Japan and the USA
  • Multi-cultural and bilingual with strong written and verbal business communication proficiency in both English and Japanese
  • Solid understanding of Japanese culture and business customs
  • Strong project coordination skills with proven ability to strategically drive results
  • Action oriented and strong problem solver
  • Strong relationship building skills to manage proactive, prompt, and accurate communication with multiple stakeholders across organizations
  • Organized and process-oriented with proven ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Right to work in the United Kingdom, Ireland, or Republic of Ireland (as applicable to the specific hiring location)

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in video game marketing or IP/brand marketing, or video game development, including localization
  • Eagerness to learn about the brand in depth
  • Passion/interest in the Pokémon brand
