Job Summary
Product Marketing Manager role responsible for defining Overflow's product positioning and messaging across segments from starter churches to enterprise ministries; leads end-to-end GTM for product launches (including Tap and full-stack giving features, AI-powered tools, and new payment methods); builds sales enablement assets (battlecards, decks, one-pagers) and craft education resources to articulate Overflow's value proposition; partners with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to translate market insights into strategy and to drive adoption and revenue growth; focuses on building a messaging framework, migration narrative, and competitive positioning to differentiate Overflow in a competitive fintech/amounts space; works on customer marketing, case studies, onboarding materials, and post-launch adoption; strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration, data-informed decisions, and storytelling to resonate with non-technical buyers.
