Job Summary
Product Marketing Manager responsible for the strategic development, execution, and optimization of go-to-market strategies for Oscar’s insurance products and digital experiences. Partners across product, design, research, and sales to translate market insights into actionable product requirements, develop positioning and messaging architectures, and drive cross-functional launches. Focus on transforming complex insurance products and technical capabilities into compelling narratives, identifying target audiences, and enabling brokers, providers, and members with tools and playbooks. Monitor KPIs, adoption, and engagement; ensure regulatory compliance; contribute to a data-driven culture and continuous improvement of the Product Marketing toolkit. Travel up to 10% is noted; role is remote with possible future hybrid model. Responsibilities include GTM orchestration, strategic domain expertise, messaging architecture, collaboration across internal teams, enablement tooling for multiple audiences, performance analysis, and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years commensurate experience
- 4+ years relevant work experience in marketing
- Experience in driving go-to-market strategies for new products
- Narrative Construction: Feature-to-Benefit translation, persona development, and drafting multi-channel messaging houses
- Stakeholder Management: cross-functional leadership
- Project Orchestration: managing complex timelines
- Analytical Rigor: data-driven measurement of GTM success
