Job Summary
Product Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end GTM for new product launches, translate product capabilities into clear, compelling marketing narratives and positioning, collaborate with Product, Marketing, Research, and Legal to ensure accurate messaging, identify and engage the right marketing channels, own special projects related to claims development, and build scalable launch processes across Noom’s health-focused products.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in product marketing for consumer facing (B2C) products, preferably in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Experience with in-house marketing teams in the tech or digital product space; digital health or telehealth a plus
- Proven experience partnering with product teams and cross-functional stakeholders beyond just marketing
- Strong product sense, with the ability to translate complex features into user-centered messaging
- Scrappy, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity—you thrive in evolving environments
- Strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
