Job Summary
Own downstream marketing activities including messaging, promotions, channel partnerships, and customer engagement to maximize market share and profitability. Analyze marketing and sales data to identify trends, uncover actionable insights, and make data-driven recommendations for strategic decision-making. Craft and deliver all marketing communication across print, digital, and social media channels while developing annual brand plans for new product launches and lead generation. Partner closely with the sales organization and channel partners to ensure successful commercialization, and lead the development and oversight of a marketing specialist team. Collaborate with legal, regulatory, and functional teams to align objectives and achieve desired results.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of related experience in product marketing management or a classical marketing role
- Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline
- 1 or more years of management experience
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public
- Strong management and leadership skills and ability to attract, retain, motivate, develop and mentor team members for high performance
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and ability to resolve disputes effectively
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
- Excellent independent decision making, analysis and problem solving skills
- Ability to plan and manage successful projects; understand available resources, develop timeline, budget, assign tasks and areas of responsibility
- Ability to lead virtual teams
- Ability to influence, build relationships, understand organizational complexities and manage conflict
- Broad professional and managerial skills with a good understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations

Desired Qualifications
- Preference is for marketing experience to be within the medical device sector
- MBA and/or dental/medical device industry experience preferred
