Job Summary
Develop Go-to-Market and Post-Launch strategies in collaboration with Sales and Product Management while planning, organizing, and executing targeted product marketing initiatives. Drive product adoption by actively developing measures and implementing retention marketing campaigns to increase retention rates, NPS, CLV, and customer satisfaction. Manage the product marketing budget and serve as a knowledge partner for internal product transfer, identifying customer needs and developing solutions alongside Sales, Product Management, and Customer Service. Take overall responsibility for communication with existing customers and analyze/optimize marketing actions based on KPIs. Requires at least three years of experience in product marketing, online marketing, or a comparable role, with strong B2B marketing and customer journey understanding. Minimum two days of in-office presence in Erkrath per week is required for stakeholder collaboration.

- Responsibility for internal knowledge transfer regarding the product
- Identification of customer needs and development of corresponding solutions
- Responsibility for communication with existing customers
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in product marketing, online marketing, or a comparable role
- Very good understanding of B2B marketing, customer journeys, and product adoption
- Strategic thinking
- Hands-on mentality with high self-responsibility
- Ability to prepare complex content for target groups
- Experience in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams (e.g., Sales, Product Management, Customer Service)
- Analytical thinking
- Ability to derive and evaluate measures based on KPIs

- Security in handling common marketing tools
- Productive use of AI in marketing
- Very good English skills
- Negotiation-secure German skills
- Minimum of 2 times per week presence in the office in Erkrath
