Job Summary
Product Marketing Manager for Load Centers, Meter Combos & Surge Protective Devices at ABB. Lead U.S. product marketing strategy and commercialization, including defining value propositions, positioning, pricing, and launch plans aligned with global strategy. Drive annual marketing and business planning, forecasts, budget oversight, and cross-functional execution with sales, CX, and communications. Translate customer, market, and competitive insights into actionable plans by partnering with global product management, IT, and sales on standards, features, master data, and product availability. Enable sales effectiveness through training, tools, and VOC initiatives; lead product launches and multi-program commercialization with launch partners and third-party representatives. Requires BS/BA in marketing/business/engineering, MBA preferred, and 8+ years in relevant roles; strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Remote option available for the right fit; location includes Cary, NC with potential hybrid work.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA in marketing, business, engineering, or relevant field
- MBA preferred
- 8+ years in sales/marketing/product management/product marketing or relevant industry
- ability to lead initiatives in a matrixed organization
- strong analysis and problem-solving skills
- strong written and verbal communication
- experience with customer relations via service/visits
- inventory strategy experience preferred
- ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams
