Job Summary
Develop and maintain product messaging for Lessen's residential, commercial, and platform offerings, translating complex capabilities into clear business outcomes for sales teams and customers. Build launch materials, sales enablement assets, and competitive battlecards to support go-to-market planning across the full ecosystem. Research market trends and competitor activity to inform positioning and provide actionable insights for Product, Sales, and leadership. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Demand Generation, and Customer Success to ensure consistent, accurate storytelling while leveraging AI tools for efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, product, technology, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, sales enablement, B2B marketing, or a related go-to-market role
- Experience developing product positioning, messaging, sales collateral, launch materials, or competitive resources
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas without losing strategic nuance
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue, or Operations teams
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams at once
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where priorities may shift and messaging may need to evolve quickly
- Ability to turn ambiguous input into structured, usable, high-quality work
- Practical experience using LLMs or AI tools to improve productivity, accelerate drafting and research, and create more scalable marketing workflows
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in B2B SaaS, technology-enabled services, marketplace, platform, property technology, facilities management, field service, real estate, or operations-heavy industries
- Experience creating sales enablement materials such as battlecards, objection handling guides, pitch decks, one-pagers, or competitive comparisons
- Experience supporting product launches or major go-to-market initiatives
- Familiarity with AI-enabled products, data-driven platforms, workflow automation, or operational technology
- Experience interviewing internal stakeholders, customers, or sales teams to gather insights
- Demonstrated comfort using LLMs and AI tools to improve speed and quality of work, including prompt development, source synthesis, first-draft creation, content refinement, and summarization, while applying strong editorial judgment and fact-checking
