Job Summary
Product Marketing Manager responsible for end-to-end launches, scalable launch infrastructure, and ongoing sales enablement in an AI-native SaaS environment. You’ll translate product updates into internal communications, develop and maintain assets (FAQs, one-pagers, product narratives, positioning guides), collaborate with Product and Content teams on messaging, design evergreen enablement programs (onboarding and ongoing development), build competitive intelligence artifacts (battlecards, positioning guides), and enable the sales team to articulate new capabilities quickly. The role emphasizes autonomous cross-functional execution, the creation of scalable workflows and automation with AI, and ongoing alignment with the Director of PMM on strategy and priorities.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of product marketing experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services company
- experience owning launch execution and coordinating cross-functional initiatives
- experience building sales enablement programs and onboarding curricula
- ability to craft messaging and positioning and translate product updates into internal communications
- familiarity with AI tools and building lightweight AI workflows to scale output
- strong writing and storytelling skills, able to communicate complex product concepts to a non-technical sales audience
- highly organized, proactive, and able to work with minimal direct oversight
- effective cross-functional influencing without direct authority
