Job Summary
Lead product marketing efforts across defense and commercial markets for Hidden Level’s RF sensing technology. Develop and execute GTM strategies for product launches, create market segmentation frameworks and buyer personas, shape messaging and positioning for defense, federal, allied, and commercial customers, and drive analyst relations. Own content creation and technical writing to translate complex RF sensing capabilities into mission-relevant value propositions. Collaborate across product management, engineering, sales, and business development to drive lifecycle management, market adoption, and measurable marketing outcomes. Maintain external-facing product roadmaps, analyze KPIs, and deliver insights to leadership to inform strategy and investments. Must communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, demonstrate strategic problem-solving, and influence cross-functional stakeholders. Remote work opportunities exist on the East Coast with preferred locations in Syracuse, NY or the Washington, DC Metro area; hybrid options available. Security note: US citizenship is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, Physics, or related technical field
- A minimum of 8 years of proven experience in leading and managing comprehensive product marketing strategies for technology companies
- Strong understanding of product positioning, messaging, market segmentation, competitive analysis, analyst relations, and go-to-market strategy
- Prior experience in Defense Tech sector or related U.S. Department of Defense entity
