Job Summary
Lead growth and monetisation for a crypto Launchpad by defining and executing GTM and revenue strategies. Own the core revenue driver from token trading commissions, optimize the growth loop from token creation to engagement to trading, and scale user acquisition for creators and participants through channels like partnerships, affiliates, and communities. Design high-conversion launch mechanics, position the Launchpad messaging, and improve funnel performance across awareness, creation, participation, trading, and retention. Collaborate on campaigns and content-driven initiatives to drive attention, participation, and trading activity, translating complex token mechanics into clear, value-forward messaging. Requires 3+ years in product marketing or growth, with experience in crypto/fintech and a strong mix of creativity and data-driven decision making.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in product marketing, growth, or go-to-market roles
- Experience in crypto, trading, or fintech
- Strong understanding of user behaviour, funnels, and growth mechanics
- Ability to combine creativity (campaigns, messaging) with data (metrics, experiments)
- Experience with creator ecosystems, marketplaces, or community-driven products is a plus
