Job Summary
Product Marketing & Business Operations Manager for GlobalFoundries’ ULP CMOS / FDX portfolio. Own product positioning, value propositions, and differentiation messaging; develop external-facing collateral; coordinate with Sales and Accounts to support customer engagements and executive meetings. Lead weekly/monthly business cadence across the product line (funnel, wafer demand, NPI/milestones), drive pricing alignment and forecast accuracy, and maintain disciplined action-item tracking. Act as a single-threaded owner across Product Management, Sales, Manufacturing, and Ops for business-level execution; support Fab transfers, customer migrations, and node transitions by coordinating messaging and readiness. Own and improve product-line dashboards and metrics (funnel, TO, MPW, TOR, NWR, mix, utilization); identify gaps, risks, and trends with data-backed recommendations. Demonstrate ability to simplify complex technical content into clear, decision-ready materials and communicate effectively at executive and customer levels.
Required Qualifications
- 8-12+ years of experience in semiconductor product management, product marketing, business operations, or strategy
- Strong understanding of foundry business models, including pricing, wafer economics, and customer engagement flows
- Proven ability to communicate crisply at executive and customer levels while staying grounded in technical and operational detail
- Experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, and Technology teams
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with high visibility and accountability
