Job Summary
As Product Marketing Manager for live games, you will define target audiences, positioning, and competitive differentiation; shape the brand vision for assigned titles; collaborate with Production to integrate marketing insights into UX, engagement, retention, and in-game systems; build annual GTM plans aligned with the product roadmap to drive brand awareness, acquisition, and long-term retention; establish KPIs for activations and conduct post-mortems; develop concepts for promotional assets and manage production through delivery; own the ASO strategy and collaborate with UA teams to ensure performance and brand consistency; monitor market trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations for development and publishing; engage with external partners and internal stakeholders to align milestones and asset approvals; thrive in a data-driven, creative, and organized environment with opportunities to grow into leadership roles within Gameloft.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced English proficiency (verbal and written)
- Experience in product marketing within gaming, entertainment, or mobile apps
- Demonstrated ability to deliver live operations strategies and new features or seasonal launches
- Solid experience in market research, competitive analysis, and positioning
- Strategic thinking and go-to-market planning capabilities
- Ability to craft clear and compelling product messaging
- Working knowledge of ASO best practices
