Job Summary
Analyze whether marketing efforts successfully help customers adopt features that drive genuine value, moving beyond simple click metrics. Map the customer journey to identify friction points where messaging fails to bridge user intent, then integrate quantitative product usage data with qualitative insights like support tickets and interviews. Translate data regarding struggling segments into tangible actions for relevant teams to solve. Act as an internal consultant on campaign and feature performance, providing rigorous analysis to equip teams with data-backed context for redesigning workflows. Define success metrics based on customer outcomes tied to long-term adoption and revenue growth. Support the Product Marketing team in building dashboards that highlight campaign successes and pinpoint areas for improvement. Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate data connectivity needs and ensure tracking from initial lead through to revenue. Develop an in-depth understanding of the product suite to accurately measure campaign effectiveness against actual product behavior.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience using product analytics or event-tracking platforms (e.g. Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap etc.) to analyse user behaviour and build robust reporting
- Proven ability to synthesise quantitative product data with qualitative insights (e.g., user research, feedback loops) to tell a complete story of the customer experience
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and central Data teams, to align on goals
- Demonstrated experience in translating analytical findings into commercially relevant recommendations and presenting these to senior stakeholders
- Commercially aware with a good understanding of market drivers and client needs
- Excellent written and spoken English
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with coding languages (such as Python or R) or BI tools (like Power BI or Tableau)
