Job Summary
Product Marketing Manager to drive AI-powered marketing systems and craft positioning, launches, customer stories, webinars, blogs, and competitive narratives across website, emails, and sales enablement. Partner with product, design, marketing, engineering, and customer success to ship high-quality content and ASSETS that articulate the value of the Dovetail platform, manage end-to-end launches, build a library of customer stories, and sharpen the competitive narrative. Responsibilities include designing workflows and prompts to produce content at scale with an editor’s eye, shaping messaging across product surfaces, and enabling GTM teams with stories, battlecards, and proof points. The role emphasizes hands-on writing, interviewing customers, building decks, and shipping assets, with a strong cross-functional collaboration ethos and a bias toward action.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in product marketing or go-to-market strategy
- Strong editorial judgment and copywriting
- Hands-on with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT)
- Cross-functional collaboration with product, design, engineering, sales, and customer success
- Ability to manage launches end-to-end and develop storytelling assets
- Comfort building content systems and repeatable processes
