Job Summary
Manage the IGT-Systems Circular Equipment portfolio lifecycle, including catalogue maintenance, pricing updates, and product introductions across fixed and mobile surgery. Coordinate launch readiness and go-to-market activities with Product Management, Marketing, and Market Activation teams. Analyze portfolio performance, market opportunities, and customer insights to develop sales enablement materials, marketing content, and training resources. Support internal and external communications, events, and awareness-building for Circular Equipment while driving stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate global adoption. Work closely with Circular Solutions Product Managers, Marketing & Communications, and regional stakeholders to unlock the commercial value of circularity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, communications, project management, or a similar business role
- Strong business acumen with an interest in circularity, refurbishment, and lifecycle management
- Experience supporting portfolio management, product introductions, pricing, catalogue management, and lifecycle activities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling messages
- Ability to gather customer and sales insights and turn them into actionable recommendations and commercial support materials
- Proactive, collaborative, and organized, with the ability to work effectively across a global matrix organization
