Job Summary
BitGo is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market strategy across its platform, partnering with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Design. You will own messaging, positioning, and GTM for key products and features across custody, wallets, APIs, and emerging retail/mobile experiences; lead end-to-end product launches; create sales collateral and customer-facing materials; enable Sales and BD teams; gather insights from Sales to refine positioning and improve conversion; collaborate with content, growth, and PR to drive demand; support retail and mobile GTM efforts and translate institutional-grade infrastructure into user-friendly messaging for retail audiences.
Required Qualifications
- 4 to 7 years of product marketing experience in fintech, SaaS, crypto, startup, or financial services
- Strong ability to translate technical products into clear customer value propositions
- Experience launching products and working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Design
- Familiarity with both institutional and retail user journeys is a plus
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment
