Job Summary
Product Marketing Manager responsible for shaping positioning and messaging for Base44’s B2B product lines, developing marketing collateral (website pages, demos, one-pagers, case studies, battle cards, email sequences, sales decks), conducting customer interviews and market research, and using AI tools and no-code platforms to automate content creation and campaigns. The role emphasizes data-driven performance optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on turning technical capabilities into compelling customer-facing language, with NYC-based hybrid work and base compensation of $160k-$175k plus RSUs.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in product marketing in a B2B environment
- Hands-on experience creating B2B marketing assets including website copy, demo scripts, and sales decks
- Fluent in using AI tools and no-code platforms to streamline workflows
- Proficient in data analysis to inform decisions
- Strong working knowledge of HubSpot for managing campaigns and connecting marketing to revenue outcomes
- Experience conducting customer interviews and synthesizing insights into actionable strategies
- Ownership mindset with strong written communication and bias toward output
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and navigating ambiguity
- Based in the NYC area and able to visit the NYC office 3x per week
