Job Summary
Product Marketing Manager at AppsForBharat (Sri Mandir) responsible for owning GTM strategy and execution for new products and features across the Sri Mandir ecosystem. Collaborates with Product, Growth, CRM, Design, Content, and Analytics to plan launches, craft positioning and messaging, build rollout assets, and drive feature adoption, activation, and long-term engagement. Drives 0→1 product launches, analyzes user behavior, and informs pricing/onboarding experimentation. Ideal candidate has 4–6 years in product marketing or related roles within B2C/D2C consumer tech, with hands-on GTM ownership and cross-functional collaboration, plus strong analytical and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Product Strategy, or Product Management within B2C/D2C consumer tech companies.
- Experience owning GTM strategy for product or feature launches.
- Hands-on experience launching products from 0→1.
- Strong understanding of product adoption, activation funnels, and user journeys.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, CRM, and Analytics teams.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using dashboards, Excel, SQL, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in consumer apps, marketplaces, fintech, gaming, edtech, or content platforms.
- Familiarity with experimentation, A/B testing, and growth frameworks.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as CleverTap, MoEngage, or Braze.
- Exposure to AI-powered consumer products or personalization is a plus.
