Job Summary
Shape product strategy by partnering with Product leadership to identify unmet merchant needs and prioritize roadmap items using customer research and competitive intelligence. Own end-to-end go-to-market execution from beta to launch, crafting value propositions, segmenting audiences, and analyzing data to refine positioning and drive adoption. Accelerate merchant engagement through cross-functional programs with Sales, Customer Success, and Partnership, while developing external narratives for key client-facing moments like bi-annual roadmap meetings. Navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments, manage high-priority initiatives simultaneously, and build alignment across Product, Revenue, and Analytics teams. Operate remotely as a culture carrier who fosters collaboration, transparency, and innovation within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or a similar role
- Payments or Fintech environment
- Proven track record of leading product launches and driving GTM strategy that delivers business results
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
- Excellent communicator and storyteller
- Ability to simplify complex ideas for a wide range of audiences
- Highly analytical mindset—confident with data and able to extract insights that influence product and marketing strategies
- Experience navigating ambiguity and driving alignment in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
- Proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functionally
- Outstanding prioritization and project management skills
- Creative problem-solver who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves, iterate quickly, and champion innovative solutions
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
