Job Summary
Product Marketing Manager responsible for translating product capabilities, market opportunities, customer insights, and competitive intelligence into compelling positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies; serves as connective tissue between Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing; develops narratives, tools, and insights to enable revenue teams, accelerate sales cycles, support product adoption, and drive business growth. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining product positioning and messaging across buyer personas and industries; leading go-to-market planning for new products and features; creating launch strategies, enablement programs, and cross-functional readiness; developing sales enablement materials and training; conducting competitive intelligence, market research, and customer interviews; providing actionable market insights to inform product strategy; defining content requirements to support launches, sales enablement, customer education, and revenue growth; collaborating with Product, Growth Marketing, ABM, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and impact; requires 5–8 years of experience in Product Marketing or related disciplines, experience with B2B SaaS/enterprise software, and strong communication and analytical skills; experience leveraging AI-powered tools for research and content development is valued.
