Job Summary
Lead end-to-end local product launches and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure launch readiness; localize product messaging and assets; plan events and manage local website content; develop local pricing strategies and reporting; drive connectivity initiatives and campaign planning; act as local product expert and provide market feedback integrated into lifecycle actions. Strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration, project management, analytics, and EV technology knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial automotive business.
- Knowledge of EV technology, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Understanding of the dealer/importer business model.
- Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and CRM software.
