Job Summary

Form go-to-market strategies for new products and solutions; Position company products through value proposition, messaging, and differentiation; Translate complex technical specifications into clear customer value; Collaborate at the intersection of Product, Sales, R&D, Marketing and Leadership; Develop launch plans for new products, features, and releases; Create sales enablement materials (presentations, one-pagers, battlecards, case studies, demos); Analyze market, competitors, and trends in defence tech; Conduct customer research (JTBD, interviews); Contribute to product marketing content strategy (website, case studies, PR, events, thought leadership); Measure launch and funnel metrics; Work with international markets, partners, and B2G/B2B segments.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years in product marketing / product / B2B marketing
  • Experience launching tech products
  • Strong positioning, messaging and storytelling skills
  • Ability to work with complex technical products
  • Experience creating GTM strategies and launch campaigns
  • Analytical thinking and data-driven approach
  • Experience working with sales teams and enterprise clients
  • High ownership and self-management
  • English at least B2
  • Experience in defence tech, miltech, SaaS, AI, robotics, aerospace or industrial tech
  • Understanding of government procurement / B2G sales cycles
  • Experience participating in international exhibitions, conferences, tenders
  • Skills in PR, content and brand
