Job Summary
Recommend new products based on customer and competitor insights, collaborating with fellow interns to present recommendations to leadership. Review customer feedback regarding product quality, product information, and creative design to enhance the customer experience. Analyze return reports to identify opportunities to reduce return percentages. Help prepare catalog layouts, photos, and copy for new product additions, including pagination for mini catalogs and pamphlets. This full-time, 12-week summer internship is open to junior college students only, with a dedicated mentor assigned specifically to you. Gain professional work experience executing meaningful business projects within North America's leading distributor of shipping and industrial supplies.
