Job Summary

Go-to-Market (GTM) Lead for two upcoming SaaS products, owning launch strategy and execution from zero to launch. First GTM hire responsible for product launch execution, beta user acquisition, positioning and messaging, demand generation, launch campaigns, growth experimentation, and building repeatable GTM systems. Directly write copy, build campaigns, run outbound outreach (LinkedIn, Email, communities), launch products, and iterate rapidly based on feedback. Lead Product A launch first, then apply learnings to Product B. Develop and execute beta user acquisition programs, craft compelling positioning and messaging for ICPs and buyer pain points, create landing pages and onboarding flows, and document playbooks for scalable GTM processes. This is a high-ownership startup role requiring strategic thinking and hands-on execution with a bias toward rapid iteration and ownership.

Required Qualifications

  • 4–8 years of experience across: Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, GTM Strategy, Product Launches
  • Experience launching at least one B2B SaaS product end-to-end
  • Proven experience as an early GTM hire (employee #1–5 preferred)
  • 4–8 years of experience across core GTM functions
  • Strong hands-on execution ability across campaigns, copywriting, outreach, launch strategy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
