Job Summary
This role designs and runs an AI-native PMM system that produces messaging, battlecards, decks, one-pagers, and enablement materials on demand. You will own the structured knowledge base, production workflows, and the editorial layer to ensure outputs are accurate and valuable. Build and iterate AI agents to generate PMM outputs (messaging frameworks, battlecards, decks, email sequences, and enablement content) and manage the full stack from prompts to templates to feedback loops. You’ll ensure editorial quality and system trust, and support field assets across Sales, CS, Partnerships, and pipeline marketing. Measure and improve system performance using seller feedback, asset utilization, and win rates by segment. Buy-side buyers are CFOs and COOs at private equity, venture, and real assets firms; the role demands a PMM mindset that scales with speed and rigor in private markets. Compensation includes base salary, equity, and benefits. Remote work option available; offices in SF, NYC, Mumbai, and Bangalore for hybrid/onsite preferences.
Required Qualifications
- A product marketing foundation with several years of B2B marketing experience
- Genuine AI fluency, not theoretical
- Editorial judgment and ability to constrain outputs to buyer needs
- Operational rigor in building and maintaining systems/workflows
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or complex enterprise SaaS (strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with fund operations, investor relations, or private markets workflows (advantage)
- Partnership mindset and ability to collaborate across Sales, CS, Partnerships, and Product
- Comfort with ambiguous roles and lack of a fixed playbook
