Job Summary
Product Marketing Coordinator (entry-level) remote role guiding monthly product launches and enablement enablement materials, internal/external communications, and cross-team alignment. Responsibilities include coordinating monthly launch/enabling updates, creating sales collateral and training content, maintaining internal asset library, producing competitive intelligence digests, coordinating social proof (case studies, testimonials, ROI stats), conducting web and content audits, analyzing messaging for consistency, and collaborating with Product, Marketing, Sales, and CX teams to ensure accurate product descriptions and messaging. Must have <1 year in marketing/communications/PR or related role, strong writing, project management, and cross-stakeholder coordination; familiarity with B2B SaaS, healthcare, dental, or patient communication software; experience with CRM tools and internal enablement tools.
