Job Summary
Own positioning and packaging for ElevenLabs for Government across national, state, and local markets in the UK, EU, US, and APAC. Scale the narrative to anchor citizen outcomes in non-emergency contact centers, benefits, health services, and licensing while addressing accessibility, compliance, language, and data residency mandates. Lead industry content, landing pages, and thought leadership pieces to support the launch of ElevenAgents in public sector agencies globally.
Required Qualifications
- experienced product marketer
- scaled messaging into Government and Public Sector segments
- sold or marketed into more than one segment of public sector
- Technical enough to become our internal expert on conversational agents: latency, telephony, tool calls, evals, and guardrails
- Excellent project management across multiple countries, regulatory regimes, and simultaneous launches
- You take initiative and work autonomously from day one
- prioritizing learning and contribution while leaving ego aside
