Job Summary
Product Marketing Manager for a B2B SaaS product in livestock/aquaculture; responsible for defining product positioning and GTM strategy, developing sales enablement assets, enabling enterprise sales, conducting competitive analysis and market research, driving demand through content and events, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to translate capabilities into business ROI, managing customer references and case studies, and acting as a product evangelist to external and internal audiences. Requires 4–7+ years in product marketing or related GTM roles, experience in agriculture or animal-protein domains, proven track record launching enterprise software features, strong communication, experience with sales enablement, data-driven mindset, and willingness to travel. Education: BS in related field; MBA desirable but not required.
Required Qualifications
- 4–7+ years product marketing, product management with GTM experience, or equivalent B2B SaaS marketing experience
- Direct experience in agriculture, animal protein, livestock operations, or food supply chain (poultry/swine experience strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated success in launching enterprise software features and translating technical capabilities into customer ROI
- Strong written & verbal communication — able to craft pitch decks, technical one-pagers, and executive summaries
- Experience with sales enablement and working with enterprise sales teams
- Comfortable with data: able to use analytics (product analytics, CRM, marketing automation) to measure success
- Willingness to travel for customer visits, pilots, and industry conferences
- Degree: BS in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, or related; MBA desirable but not required
