Job Summary
Lead core execution, performance, and deployment strategy for Okta's foundational endpoint products, owning the operational excellence of Okta Verify, FastPass, and Device Assurance. Bridge user experience and deep systems engineering to ensure authentication products scale reliably for millions of global users. Manage posture policy engines, EDR/MDM integrations, and feature roadmaps across iOS, Android, macOS, Windows, and Linux while driving zero-touch MDM provisioning and streamlined setup flows. Balance strategic customer rollouts with midday technical trade-off debates and afternoon specification writing to align engineering, design, and research teams. Collaborate with Go-To-Market and support teams to diagnose issues and drive FastPass activation rates.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Technical Product Management experience in enterprise scale SaaS products, Identity and Access management, Endpoint Security, or comparable relevant experience
- Experience building or product managing the feature areas for enterprise platform ecosystems/services
- Experience developing, socializing, and driving strategies spanning multiple parts of an organization. Track record of owning and delivering on large strategic projects. You can see the big picture, but deliver on the details
- Strong communication (presentation, verbal and written) and collaboration skills. You easily work with customers and colleagues across different functions and backgrounds
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. You can produce solid action plans from often incomplete, conflicting or ambiguous inputs
- BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical degree. You have a proven ability to rationalize and influence low-level technical design decisions, partnering directly with software architects to build secure, performant software for emerging paradigm shifts (such as endpoint AI and agentic workflows)
