Job Summary
Own the vision, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for a product area, balancing customer value, operational impact, and commercial priorities. Lead discovery and prioritization using user research, data analysis, and market insight to define success measures before development begins. Map and redesign freight processes to identify automation and AI opportunities, then facilitate sessions to align engineering, design, and leadership teams around decisions. Use AI tools throughout research, prototyping, and delivery to improve speed and quality. Take end-to-end responsibility from problem understanding through adoption and continuous improvement, challenging assumptions and shaping the squad's problem space. Contribute to the broader strategy for intelligent supply chains while driving initiatives that reduce manual work and enhance shipment reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Product Manager with a track record of shipping impactful software products or features
- Experience owning a product area or complex problem space
- Strong product judgement
- Strong user research skills
- Data analysis skills
- Process mapping skills
- Facilitation skills
- Experience working closely with engineers and designers throughout discovery, solution design and delivery
- Recent, hands-on experience using modern AI tools to improve product discovery, research, analysis, prototyping, specification, or delivery
- Experience contributing to an AI-enabled product or feature
- Confidence working directly with senior leaders
- Ability to communicate complex issues clearly
- Ability to influence decisions through evidence, product insight, and sound judgement
- Comfort operating with ambiguity
- Ability to challenge established processes
- Ability to adapt approach as new information emerges
- Versatile, hands-on working style
- Ability to move between strategic thinking, detailed discovery, stakeholder alignment, and supporting delivery
Desired Qualifications
- Domain knowledge in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain
- Experience in a startup, scale-up, or fast-growth technology environment
- Experience building products for operational users as well as external customers
- Familiarity with ThoughtSpot or similar analytics and business intelligence tools
