Job Summary
Own the vision, priorities, and measurable outcomes for a product area, balancing customer value, operational impact, and commercial priorities. Lead discovery and prioritization by mapping freight processes, conducting user research, and leveraging AI tools to identify automation opportunities. Collaborate directly with engineering, design, and senior leadership to define success measures, drive delivery, and ensure adoption through continuous improvement. Shape the roadmap for intelligent supply chain features, including booking workflows, exception management, and AI-powered productivity tools, while challenging assumptions and making pragmatic trade-offs. Establish trusted relationships with stakeholders within the first 90 days to validate problems and deliver measurable value.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Product Manager with a track record of shipping impactful software products or features
- Experience owning a product area or complex problem space
- Strong product judgement
- Strong user research skills
- Data analysis skills
- Process mapping skills
- Facilitation skills
- Experience working closely with engineers and designers throughout discovery, solution design and delivery
- Recent, hands-on experience using modern AI tools to improve product discovery, research, analysis, prototyping, specification, or delivery
- Experience contributing to an AI-enabled product or feature
- Confidence working directly with senior leaders
- Ability to communicate complex issues clearly
- Ability to influence decisions through evidence, product insight, and sound judgement
- Comfort operating with ambiguity
- Ability to challenge established processes
- Ability to adapt approach as new information emerges
- Versatile, hands-on working style
- Ability to move between strategic thinking, detailed discovery, stakeholder alignment, and supporting delivery
Desired Qualifications
- Domain knowledge in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain
- Experience in a startup, scale-up, or fast-growth technology environment
- Experience building products for operational users as well as external customers
- Familiarity with ThoughtSpot or similar analytics and business intelligence tools
