Job Summary
Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for fintech products aligned with company goals and market opportunities. Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, trends, and the competitive landscape, then define and prioritize features for B2B clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support to oversee the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch. Collect detailed requirements from stakeholders, manage project timelines and budgets, and advocate for an intuitive user experience through continuous testing and feedback. Track key performance indicators to measure success while ensuring all products comply with financial regulations and prioritize security and data privacy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Strong understanding of financial services, payment systems, banking, or related domains
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing fintech products
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Jira, Trello)
